The Spring growing season 2012

June is a month we are at the end of the spring season.
Technically, spring ends on June 21 according to the
calender.

This spring we put in cabbages, mesclun mix

radishes, cauliflower, and broccoli

I like to plant in different seasons.  Which makes it much
easier to manage all the different plants you want to grow.
This is the spring garden.
Of course there are a few other plants that you will see in the garden.

Flowers are always add an eye appeal to the spring garden.
I like to mix my flowers around the vegetable plants.
This helps combat some bug issues as well as bringing
the bees to the garden.

The Iris has to be one of my favorite spring flowers.
They bloom when everything is just starting to
sprout.

We grow many different colors here on our farm.

Snapdragons are what is blooming right now.

Lavender is also blooming right now, which is
technically a herb.

Enjoy the rest of your spring garden delights.
